went to the weezer concert at the forum on tuesday night.
angels and airwaves = booooo.
but weezer = wonderful.
after the show was over we didnt want to wait in the line of cars so we sat down at a curb near a hallway. a black van pulled up (seemed very VIP) so i was like, oh weezer's gonna come out of here! so we waited but someone even better came out of the halls...

JOE JONAS! i was like, OMG! its joe jonas. i think he looked at my friend and i cuz we were literally like 2 feet away from him and looked so uninterested (she didnt even know who he was). i should have waved. haha. anyways, i never ever thought i would see joe jonas so that made my night. it was so random and i loved it. he was cute. looks just like he does in photos.
i didnt know much Ian Curtis but i watched Control on the plane and now i am obsessed. im in london so i thought i would visit his gravesite. that would be so awesome. i researched, found the address to the cemetery, mapped it, got the directions...but its 3 1/2 hours away! so disappointed. i thought maybe 1 hour or so away and thats pretty do-able but 3 hrs is kind of crazy. bummed...im in london and i am so close. next time.
watch the movie Control if you havent. it was so good and so emotional and powerful. the actor, sam riley is also amazing. i watched actual Joy Division footage and sam riley does a really good and convincing job. anyways, watch it and you'll see why i want to go visit his grave.
